Electronic PRV Controller is the most important and indispensable equipment of pressure management application. It consists of two separate control units, Electronic and Hydraulic. The electronic part evaluates the pressure in the network by evaluating the flow and pressure information. It transfers all the values it measures to the system center with its internal GSM communication module. With bidirectional online communication feature, it receives and processes commands sent from the system center to the field.
The hydraulic unit controls the pressure control valve through the valves in it according to the orders coming from the electronic control unit. The hydraulic unit also performs the pressure measurement at the DMA inlet and inside the DMA then sends the measured values to the electronic unit.
The controller is mounted on the wall in a suitable area in the DMA management room. Pilot water taken from the line is connected to the hydraulic unit of the controller. At the same time, the connection between the hydraulic unit and the valve is provided to control the pressure control valve. Since the valve drive method is hydraulic, there is no need for an external energy source as in valves with electric actuators.
It is the pressure management performed by referencing the flow information from a flow meter or mechanical meter in the DMA chamber.
It is the press management in which the desired pressure is set at the desired time according to the tariff information entered on the controller calendar.
Pressure management based on data from the critical point recorder located in the DMA.
It is the pressure method applied in DMAs where the network pressure should be kept constant..
You can easily carry out the above transactions from anywhere over internet.
When unexpected situation occurs, you can quickly send full open and close command to the pressure control valve.
